How we handle personal information at Fullscreen Interactive.
Last updated 8 April 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Fullscreen Interactive Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use fullscreen.io, work with us as a client, or otherwise interact with our services. We handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Who we are

Fullscreen Interactive Limited is a New Zealand company (NZBN 9429031266123). For privacy enquiries: legal@fullscreen.io.

What we collect

Website visitors. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising platforms (such as Google Analytics) on this site to profile visitors or measure behaviour for marketing. Our hosting provider still processes limited technical information needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure and reliable. That may include your IP address, browser type, and request metadata.

Communications. If you email us or use a contact channel we provide, we collect what you send (for example your name, email address, and message content) and routine email metadata.

Clients and suppliers. If we work together, we may collect contact details, billing information, project correspondence, and files you share for delivery of the Services (as defined in our Master Services Agreement).

We do not aim to collect sensitive information through this website. If you choose to send it, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to share it with us.

Why we use personal information

We use personal information to:

  • operate and secure our website and infrastructure;
  • respond to enquiries and communicate about projects;
  • deliver professional services, invoicing, and account management;
  • meet legal, regulatory, and professional obligations;
  • improve our internal processes where that does not conflict with law or contract.

Hosting (Vercel)

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Vercel processes technical data on our instructions to deliver content and maintain reliability and security. For details, see Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Other service providers

We use trusted third-party services to run our business, for example cloud storage, time tracking, accounting, email, and collaboration tools (including platforms such as Dropbox, Harvest, and Xero where we use them). Those providers store or process data on their own infrastructure and under their own terms. We choose providers carefully, but you should read their privacy policies if you use their services directly or upload content to spaces they control.

AI-assisted tools

We may use AI-assisted software in our workflows (for example development tools such as Cursor, which may rely on model providers and infrastructure partners). Depending on what you send us and how we handle it, some content could be processed by those tools when we use them to assist with legitimate business tasks (such as drafting, review, or code assistance). Processing is subject to those vendors' terms, privacy policies, and the configuration options available on our accounts.

If you contact us by email or through this site, you should assume your message could be handled using ordinary business systems, including tools that incorporate AI features where we enable them. Do not send unnecessary personal or highly sensitive information unless there is a good reason and you are comfortable with that risk.

If you are a client and want to agree specific restrictions on how confidential materials are handled (including AI-related subprocessors), raise that with us so we can reflect it in your contract or written instructions. You may also contact legal@fullscreen.io with questions or requests; we will respond in line with applicable law and our agreements.

Overseas disclosure

Some service providers are based overseas (for example in the United States). Personal information may be stored or processed in those countries, where privacy laws can differ from New Zealand. Where required by the Privacy Act 2020, we use safeguards that are reasonable in the circumstances (such as contractual protections offered by reputable providers).

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs, then securely delete or de-identify it where appropriate.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you may request access to personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Contact legal@fullscreen.io. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner: privacy.org.nz.

Children

Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authority.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date in the page introduction will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through our usual project channels where relevant.
